This busy private / CHARTER, 40m motor yacht is looking for a dynamic 1st Mate.

• Med based, single season based in the South of France
• Friendly, engaging owner who, along with their family enjoys lots of sporting activities #You need to hold you Yachtmaster as a minimum
• Strong deck knowledge and a very good grasp on safety and ISM is essential 
• This role would suit someone already based or looking to base themselves in the south of France, as during the winter you will be able to stay off the yacht
• The package offers €4500 with excellent Tips
• Leave is 40 days paid leave, with 1 or 2 months unpaid leave negotiable in the winter
• The Captain is focused on crew development and keen to offer time on the stick for the right person
• This role would suit someone looking to step up in size. Perhaps a tender Captain, a Captain of a smaller yacht. Also someone stepping down in size to
