• 65m Dual season Private/Charter yacht are looking for a 2nd officer to join them at the end of February, ready to hit the ground running for a handover with your rotational partner

• This is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely well run yacht, great longstanding crew and outstanding owners

• They are looking for an experienced 2nd officer with a minimum of 1+ years experience as 2nd officer. They are looking to a driven, motivating individual that wants to lead from the front and will be great for morale!

• The yacht is currently in the Caribbean and available for Charter. The yacht is used very minimally by the owner. They have just completed their most successful and lucrative charter to date!

• A solid knowledge of ISM and the willingness to learn and grow whilst working alongside solid chief officers is required. The Chief officers are looking to pass on knowledge and give you more responsibility

• They are looking for someone who is both excellent with guests but also a real leader and motivator for the deck team

• The role will be split between bridge and deck but you must be willing to be hands on! You will oversee watches, navigation, passage planning along with weekly and monthly checks but also be a key player outside on deck during charters and running the operations

• Excellent growth potential within this program which will be discussed during interview stage • On offer is a salary of 5150 Euros, 10 weeks on 10 weeks off, all flights covered, equal split of the outstanding tips along with a substantial bonus scheme which increases year on year of service
