• 70m World cruising Private/Charter yacht are looking for a 2nd Officer to join them in January 2024

• This is an incredible opportunity to join a yacht due to embark on an amazing World tour in the coming weeks visiting destinations such as The Galapagos Islands, Alaska and South America!

• This prestigious yacht runs with a superb crew including an excellent senior team, lovely owner and longstanding tight knit deck team

• They are looking for a charismatic, outgoing and professional 2nd officer who will lead from the front, willing to learn in the bridge and happy to get stuck in outside

• OOW 3000 required a minimum. Both newly qualified and experienced 2nd officers will be considered. What is more important is the right character and attitude along with excellent longevity and references

• Any additional skills will be most welcomed! Some of the existing crew bring personal training, diving and drone experience to the team

• The yacht has recently undergone an extensive refit period with all new crew mess and crew cabins offering a fantastic place to work and live

• Experience with ISM, passage planning and watch keeping is preferred but the senior team are happy to teach and support you as you grow

• On offer is a fantastic overall package which includes a salary range of 4750+ Euros DOE, time for time rotation (2:2), discretionary 13th month bonus, even split of charter tips, full medical cover and a superb training package where 100% of courses are paid for after 12 months.
