2nd Officer/Bosun - 60m - Busy Charter - 4:2

60m Dual season Busy Private/Charter yacht are looking for a 2^nd officer/Bosun to join them 12th February 2025

Great opportunity to join a dynamic yacht with superb crew, busy itinerary, and a very solid charter program

They are ideally looking for a recently qualified OOW 3000 with a solid yacht background, strong deck knowledge along with good tender driving and watersports experience

This role is a step up/step down position with two months spent in the 2^nd officer position and two months spent in the Bosun position. This will give you a fantastic blend of exposure to the bridge operations, experience with holding navigational watches and paperwork whilst keeping you in touch with deck operations and leading the team from the front!

Great crew who all enjoy watersports, team sports and being social outside of work. Character is key for this position!

They have multiple charters confirmed for the Winter period along with confirmed repeat charters for the Summer with enquiries still inbound

They will be Caribbean based for the next few months, a short refit period to follow before crossing back to the Med for a busy Summer

B1/B2 Visa in hand is essential

On offer is a salary of 5250-5500 Euros DOE, 4:2 rotation, full training budget, even split of charter tips – full package TBD during initial calls
