2nd Stew required for this lovely 40m new build yacht - offering a fantastic package! 

• We are looking for an experienced Stew to join this 40m new build as 2nd Stew/Relief Chief in November 
• You will have ideally 3 years experience in yachting and be wanting to step up in responsibility 
• You will work 2 months as 2nd Stew, 1 month as Chief and then have 1 month off 
• We are looking for someone that is career focused and wants to grow in their role. You will have a nurturing personality and be able to guide the Junior stews and offer training and support to them and to the Chief Stew
• Lovely owner who has expressed an interest to travel and see the world. He understands the importance of training on board and rewarding the crew to maintain longevity etc 
• The first season will be based out of France and then Greece and the Med in general. It will return to Italy for warranty work before heading further afield
• Accounting knowledge would be a bonus & excellent computer skills required 
• Package:
  • 3:1 rotation 
  • Salary DOE 4000-5000 EURO - increased by 500 EURO a month when covering the Chief Stew 
  • 13th month + based on performance
