80M Private/ Charter MY looking for their new 2nd Stew
- Interesting rotation within the HOD’S and great opportunity to gain experience in all 3 positions
- This requires the candidate to rotate the 2nd Stew / Head of Service / Head of Housekeeping
- The vessel has a 3 month on, 1 month off rotation system between these 3 roles
- You will be supporting the Chief Stew running the day-to-day worklists, training, and organisation of the interior department
- 8 on the interior team below the Chief Stew
- Looking for a candidate that is well natured, calm under pressure and overall willing to train and nurture the junior team
- Ideal candidate would be a candidate ready to step up into the 2nd Stew role
- Happy to guide and train someone into this role
- Salary 4000 euros
- Start date ASAP
