50m Private/charter dual season motor yacht are looking for a bosun to join them Mid-late October. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well run yacht with a good mixture of charters and owner usage. The yacht will be heading to the Caribbean shortly. You will need to be a mature, reliable and have a good willing to learn attitude along with a solid work ethic. 2+ years experience and ideally bosun or lead deckhand experience is required. You must also be vaccinated. You need to have a strong skillset including maintenance skills, painting and sika experience. You must have large tender operation experience, hold a Yachtmaster Offshore and be working towards your OOW. The yacht offers an excellent training environment with support towards gaining your OOW. On offer is a salary of 3500 Euros, 42 days leave a split of any tips from charters.
