Bosun - 50m - Private/Charter - Single Season

  • 50m Private/Charter Single season yacht are looking for a Bosun to join them 1st of March 2025

 

  • Lovely opportunity for someone with a good solid 3+ years’ experience looking to step up into their first Bosun position

 

  • Must be confident in all deck operations, maintenance, and tender driving. Experience with navigational watches would be advantageous but not essential! Yachtmaster in hand is essential.

 

  • They are looking for someone who has a cheery demeanour who can lead from the front and has a good work ethic and pace

 

  • The yacht runs a mixture of private and charter use with around 6 weeks of charter and 6 weeks of owner use throughout the Summer

 

  • The boat will Winter in the Med for a yard period giving you the opportunity for a structured working week and the potential to complete courses

 

  • Guest interaction skills are essential and someone who can confidently lead the team whilst making charters a huge success. There is a lot of time spent with guests in this position

 

  • On offer is a salary of 5000 Euros, 60 days leave, even split of tips, training budget currently being finalised
