•            65m Private Dual Season Motor Yacht is looking for a Bosun/OOW to join them ASAP - this position is ideally coupled with a strong second stew.

•            This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified OOW with strong experience on deck to join a world cruising vessel with the chance to gain navigational and bridge experience whilst still being a key player on deck and leading the deck team of 3.

•            The yacht runs with a 44ft chase tender so large tender driving skills are essential and any kitesurfing experience would be hugely advantageous but are not a deal-breaker.

•            The yacht has just come under new ownership and is finishing the Med season before a small shipyard period and then heading on an extensive world cruise, visiting off-the-beaten-track locations such as Norway, Iceland and Greenland.

•            They are looking for someone with a strong maintenance and tender driving skillset along with solid product knowledge and operational experience on a vessel of a similar size.

•            The yacht has an extensive cruising itinerary planned with the potential to gain a significant amount of sea time, working with senior officers who influence a strong training culture onboard.

•            The yacht runs with a fantastic working environment and offers some great crew facilities including access to a gym and has a very crew-focused owner.

•            The yacht has a great crew culture onboard with a young, social, and active crew who would find someone with a strong sense of humour and a good level of banter hugely appealing – personality is key!

•            On offer is a salary of 5000 Euros and a 5:1 rotation – the yacht also has the potential to go charter in the not-so-distant future.
