  • 80m Dual Season Private/Charter yacht are looking for a Bosun/OOW to join them Mid October 2024

 

  • This is a great opportunity for an established Bosun, recently qualified to join a prestigious, Busy yacht with excellent senior team and that will allow you to gain bridge exposure whilst leading an excellent deck team

 

  • They are looking for someone with a solid Bosun background that has recently passed their OOW and keen to learn the bridge side of things whilst being given your own watches

 

  • B1/b2 Required – there may be some assistance for the perfect candidate if you do not hold a Visa currently

 

  • Strong maintenance skillset preferred; a trade background would be amazing but not essential. Solid watersports and tender driving experience essential

 

  • Bonus points for a candidate with Fishing and Golf interests!

 

  • The yacht has recently wrapped up the Summer season after a successful Summer of charters and owner use. They will be completing a short yard period before crossing to the Caribbean for another charter season with a good number of current enquiries and one confirmed charter over in the Galapagos islands! Plans after this are TBC but strong potential to head South Pacific/Asia for some varied and interesting cruising down the line

 

  • They are looking for a driven, motivated and hard-working candidate that will lead by example and be a good support to the deck team

 

  • On offer is a salary of 5500 Euros, 90 days leave (which is run as closely to a rotation as possible, you need to be flexible) 13th month bonus, even split of tips and a solid training allowance for each year
