I am currently seeking a Captain for a 34m Private/ Charter M/Y

• Fantastic Scandinavian active owners that understand Yachting 
• This is a dual season vessel that will spend the summer around Norway and the Med and winters in the Caribbean
• This is a great opportunity to cruise off the beaten track. Although you will need to have cruising knowledge of the Caribbean as Captain, and having cruised Norway will enhance your application
• Fantastic water sports program on board 
• Couple-friendly Yacht
• The yacht will look to be private in the summer and charter in the Caribbean.
• You will be able to demonstrate leadership qualities to the crew, and help them develop their skills 
• You will need to hold a Master 500gt license that the Cayman Flag recognises
• As Captain, you will have a good understanding of Engineering
• Annual discretionary bonus
