We're working with a 40m yacht who are looking for a Rotational Chief Engineer to join their crew due to an internal promotion within the programme. 

• The yacht is US based and is used regularly throughout the year, cruising to Mexico / Bahamas during winter season. 
• You must have Chief Engineer or 1st engineer experience to be considered for this position.
• Y3 ticket minimum, or equivalent unlimited / SV ticket.
• Privately owned yacht but owner tips. 
• You will have a deck / engineer working with you whose position is predominately in the engine room. 
• They are looking for a chief engineer with a great personality, someone who wants to be involved with the entire crew and join in with out of work activities. 
• You will have full use of all toys, heavy water sport programme - a passion, qualification / skill in any kind of water sport is seen as a huge plus. 
• 2:2 rotation. 
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience and to be discussed in interview, however, the yacht is happy to pay above industry standard for the right candidate. 
• Start date is early March. 
• You will need to obtain a B1/B2 visa, but the yacht will support you in obtaining this if you don't currently hold one.
