• 40m Dual Season Private Motor yacht are looking for a Chief Mate to join them ASAP and no later than Mid May

• This is a great opportunity to work alongside a very good Captain who will give you exposure to everything and the opportunity to gain drive time!

• They are looking for a driven individual, someone who leads from the front and is diligent and hard working

• The position is predominantly bridge based but they do need someone who is happy to assist on deck and drive the team from the top whilst leading by example

• The yacht does have a 2 month yard period coming up before a short Med season and then heading back towards the USA/Caribbean

• OOW3000 is required as a minimum and they are looking for someone with prior leadership experience and a good bridge, paperwork and ISM knowledge. The yacht plans to be Commercially registered during the yard period

• The yacht runs with a solid team including a deck team of 3 in total and a very generous owner who looks after the crew well

• This is a great opportunity for the right person to learn from a good Captain and gain exposure in all areas

• You must be a true non smoker – this is essential and an owners request!

• On offer is a salary of 6000+ USD depending on experience, there may be some stretch in salary for the perfect candidate along with industry standard leave, shared Cabin, 1 return flight and full Medical insurance
