•    55m Dual Season Charter Sail yacht are looking for a Chief Officer to join them within the next 1-2 weeks

•    This is a really lovely position working with a fantastic Captain, Crew and incredibly lovely Owner. The boat also charters for around 6-8 weeks a season and the crew do very well with tips! 

•    They are looking for someone who is hands on, solid with navigation and good in front of guests willing to get stuck in with charters

•    They require only a Yachtmaster for manning and would consider an A Grade candidate with a Yachtmaster however the preferred candidate will hold an OOW 3000 – previous experience as 2nd officer would also be advantageous

•    The yacht runs with a mixture of crew from both sailing and motor yacht backgrounds

•    The yacht will be cruising the Caribbean this Winter and has 3 weeks of charter booked already – historically they do around 6-8 weeks! 

•    A passion for sailing is required and ideally someone who has grown up on the water or racing dinghies would be perfect! 

•    On offer is a solid package which includes a salary of 7000 USD, 90 days leave, flight allowance and discretionary bonus
