  • 70m+ World Cruising Private Motor yacht are looking for a Chief Officer to join them early April 2025

 

  • Fantastic busy program with amazing cruising destinations including time spent in the Pacific and Caribbean ocean

 

  • They are looking for an experienced Chief officer with a minimum of 18 months experience – must hold CM3000 or higher

 

  • Attitude & character and most important along with excellent leadership, bridge and hands on operational experience!

 

  • The crew are all heavily into their diving and watersports – someone with similar interests would fit well. This is a tight knit team with a fantastic work environment

 

  • They are looking for someone who is a good communicator, good for motivating and increasing morale within the team and doesn’t lead with a military style

 

  • Must hold B1/B2 visa as there will be a 4 week yard period in the US in the next 6 months

 

  • Incredible salary range on offer, 8:8 rotation, business class flights – full package TBD during initial calls
