Job Title: Compliance Manager

We’re looking for a Compliance Manager to join our busy maritime operations team, supporting a fleet of 20 vessels (many on the 'larger' size). This is an opportunity for someone who takes quiet pride in detailed research, writing, and regulatory mastery.
What You'll Be Doing:

Monitor and interpret new maritime regulations (commercial and yachting), with a focus on practical implementation and alternatives

Update and maintain Safety Management Systems (SMS), including writing and re-writing content in line with regulatory updates

Manage technical documentation and ensure reporting obligations are met (e.g., MRV, emissions, and environmental compliance)

Support the use of Manage My Vessel software and ensure compliance is maintained across the fleet

Work collaboratively with the Owner, Fleet Manager, and other key personnel (Ops Manager, Crew/Finance Manager, Technical Superintendent)
