ISM / ISPS Manager

Job Summary:

An experienced ISM / ISPS Manager is sought to oversee, manage, and maintain the International Safety Management (ISM) and International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Codes across a fleet of managed yachts. The role requires expertise in maritime safety, security compliance, and risk management, ensuring all yachts operate in line with international regulations and flag state requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Yacht experience as a Captain, Chief Officer, or Chief Engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of ISM Code, ISPS Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC, and other maritime regulations.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ISM yacht management software.
• Multilingual skills (advantageous but not required).
