Sous Chef required for this fantastic yacht, part of an incredible fleet! 

We are looking for a Crew Chef/Galley Hand to join this incredible fleet. 
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 1 year experience (yachting not necessary) that wants to get in to a great fleet and find a role with rotation. 
This is an entry level role so you will be required to do food prep/cleaning/pot washing

Must be culinary trained with a Level 2 Food & Hygiene certificate
Dual season yacht with very nice owners 
90 days leave, salary to be discussed on the phone 
Start ASAP - there will be extensive background checks and a hair drug test (3 months), please do not apply if you think you might fail these!

The position is split between working on both the support yacht and guest yacht galley's as required by the Head Chef. You will be required to work a varied day when in guest mode assisting with crew meal preparation, galley cleaning and generally maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene within the galley.

Flexible and willing to adapt to changing schedules including leave rotations
