Crew HR Manager – Monaco

We are seeking a Crew HR Manager to oversee all aspects of yacht crew employment, compliance, and well-being. This role involves working with recruitment partners to source and place high-quality crew, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a strong crew culture across a managed fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all crew meet certification and employment requirements.
• Oversee the full crew employment cycle, from recruitment to well-being and training.
• Develop and manage crew HR policies, procedures, and investigations.
• Build strong relationships with Captains, Crew, Clients, Recruitment Agencies, and industry stakeholders.
• Assist with internal training and HR knowledge development.
• Support emergency response procedures as required.

About You:

• Experience in yacht crew HR management or a similar maritime role.
• Strong knowledge of maritime employment laws and MLC regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to network and build relationships within the industry.
• Fluency in English; French or other European languages are a plus.
