Crew HR Manager – Monaco
We are seeking a Crew HR Manager to oversee all aspects of yacht crew employment, compliance, and well-being. This role involves working with recruitment partners to source and place high-quality crew, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a strong crew culture across a managed fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all crew meet certification and employment requirements.
- Oversee the full crew employment cycle, from recruitment to well-being and training.
- Develop and manage crew HR policies, procedures, and investigations.
- Build strong relationships with Captains, Crew, Clients, Recruitment Agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Assist with internal training and HR knowledge development.
- Support emergency response procedures as required.
About You:
- Experience in yacht crew HR management or a similar maritime role.
- Strong knowledge of maritime employment laws and MLC regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to network and build relationships within the industry.
- Fluency in English; French or other European languages are a plus.
