80m Private dual season motor yacht are looking for a deckhand to join them around 22nd November. Ideally you will have 1 years solid experience under your belt. A B1/B2 Visa will be extremely advantageous but may be flexible for the right candidate and the yacht may be able to assist with the visa. They are looking for attitude over experience here and want someone who wants to get their head down and crack on with their work. They have an excellent senior team and solid training environment onboard. The yacht will be crossing to the USA/Caribbean with plans for owner trips where they’ll gain a good amount of sea time. The yacht offers a fantastic package including a salary of 3000+ Euros, 90 days leave (run as close to 3:1) along with a discretionary yearly bonus.
