  • A 50m Dual Season Private/Charter Yacht is looking for a Deckhand to join them within the next two weeks.

 

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy programme with an excellent owner and solid senior team that create a fantastic crew culture onboard.

 

  • The ideal candidate will have a years’ experience on a vessel over 40m, having your YMO and AEC in hand would also be hugely beneficial – however not essential.

 

  • Character is key on this one – having the right attitude, being active, out-going and career-focused is essential to be successful.

 

  • The HODs onboard are pro-active when it comes to training and progression and there is excellent proven longevity onboard across all departments.

 

  • The crew are all into their health and fitness, with a huge focus on creating an excellent work culture onboard – driven by both the captain and the owner.

 

  • You must have a B1B2 visa in hand to be considered, this is non-negotiable.

 

  • On offer is a fantastic salary of $4,000 USD with above industry standard leave and an equal split of tips.
