A fantastic, well run, dual season private/charter 80m+ motor yacht are looking for a Deckhand to join them ASAP in Europe 

• This is a brilliant opportunity for a Deckhand to join a crew where they encourage training and prioritise finding the right fit for the team over experience. All deck maintenance is done by the crew on board, so if you come from a maintenance background, this would be extremely advantageous  

• This position is open to Green crew. However, you must have a B1/B2 visa in hand. This is an essential part of your application

• The vessel will shortly be crossing over to the United States, basing themselves out of Florida before cruising over to the Caribbean for boss trips and the occasional charter 

• On offer is a salary of up to €3000 along with 43 days leave. There is also a training allowance scheme on board to be put forward to crew development
