  • An Experienced Deckhand/Tender Driver required ASAP for a 55m Private/Charter Dual Season MY currently in the US. 

 

  • This is a great opportunity for someone to work within a professional programme and hold an important position with a substantial amount of responsibility. 

 

  • The vessel is currently in the US preparing for a busy summer season of cruising the Caribbean/Bahamas. They currently have charters for the Christmas and New Year period, with more hopefully in the pipeline. 

 

  • They are looking for someone with a solid amount of experience within the industry, ideally 2-3 years, and must be an exceptionally strong tender driver/chase boat captain. 

 

  • You will be maintaining and overseeing the operation of a 45ft chase boat with 3 outboards, alongside 3 other outboard tenders. The role may require you to travel to the owners residence to driver tenders there. 

 

  • You must be a mature, responsible and safety conscious individual, someone who is confident and remains professional at all times. 

 

  • You will need to have a Yachtmaster as a minimum. 

 

  • A B1/B2 is essential for this position. 
     

 

  • Male only due to cabin arrangements. 

 

  • The vessel has a friendly owner who enjoys interaction with the crew. 

 

  • On offer is a salary of €4,000-4,500 EUR doe, on a 5:1 rotation. An equal share of tips, bonuses and training budgets open to the crew.
