We are seeking an experienced Destination Planning Managerto curate and execute world-class luxury travel experiences. This role involves designing bespoke shore excursions, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless execution for high-net-worth clientele.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop exclusive, culturally immersive shore excursions.

•Research global destinations, events, and unique experiences.

•Negotiate and manage contracts with destination vendors.

•Collaborate on content creation for travel guides and reports.

•Support the concierge team in delivering flawless experiences.

•Travel as needed to oversee and refine excursions.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

•5+ years in luxury travel, cruise, or high-end tour operations.

•Strong global destination knowledge and vendor negotiation skills.

•Excellent research, organization, and communication abilities.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CMS experience is a plus.

•Ability to travel (approx. 2-6 weeks annually).
