I am seeking a DPA to join my world-class yacht management client in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role requires a seasoned professional to oversee the safety, compliance, and operational excellence of our managed fleet. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control of shipboard and shoreside operations.
• Ensure safe vessel operations and act as the Designated Person Ashore (DPA) and Company Security Officer (CSO).
• Conduct ISM/ISPS internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with crew and monitor safety and pollution prevention standards.
• Manage ship security assessments and plans as per ISPS code.
• Identify and facilitate team training needs.
• Contribute to management reviews of the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Ensure contractual maritime compliance deliverables are met.

Candidate Competencies:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a compliance or quality assurance role (onboard or shore-based).
• Qualifications: Qualified ISM/ISPS auditor.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
