Estate Manager / Private PA – Florida

Legally eligible to work in the U.S., with valid driver’s license and clean record

We are seeking an exceptional Estate Manager / Private PA to oversee a stunning oceanfront estate located between Palm Beach and Miami. This full-time role is ideal for a polished professional with experience in high-end estate management or five-star hotel operations.

The Role: You will manage a palace-like residence with fine gardens, multiple estate homes, and complex systems, ensuring impeccable standards, service, and discretion. You’ll lead and develop a small, high-performing team while handling all aspects of property management, staff coordination, vendor oversight, and private PA duties for the principals, including luxury travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor estate staff to deliver consistent 5-star service

• Oversee property maintenance, preventative care, and project execution

• Manage vendors, contracts, and budgets with attention to detail

• Coordinate personal travel and provide high-level PA support

• Uphold confidentiality, safety, and service excellence at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing luxury estates or top-tier hospitality properties

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

• Technically proficient and meticulous in estate operations

• Highly discreet, flexible, and service-oriented

• Able to pass full background checks, pre-employment physical, and drug screening

Preferred: Butler training, formal home management experience, Michelin-star culinary exposure.
