Estate Manager / PA required.
Our client is a lovely Private Family based in Wisconsin USA! They are looking for a dynamic, driven and meticulous person to join their team. 

• The successful candidate will be an ex Chief Stew/ Purser/ 2nd Stew, looking to relocate and go land based or a candidate already working within a private estate.
• The role will be split between Estate Management and PA duties, assisting the family with logistics and scheduling, as well as overseeing household operations across the various properties. You may be required to travel with the family between their homes. They are also looking for another property, likely to be in warmer climates! 
• You will work alongside and leading the household team, including the Chef, and be available for some service when the family are hosting. This will be for dinner parties and events.
• Organising & hosting large events will be part of your remit too. Candidates with flair & creativity will be valued! 
• Maintaining and building relationships with contractors, vendors, etc.
• Office or hybrid office & WFH balance. This is based on your preference.
• Relocation assistant can be offered.
• A good salary is on offer as well as a full benefits package.
• Start date is flexible. You will get a handover with the departing PA, but this will be done remotely.
