Technical Manager - Private Estate

Incredible opportunity for an engineer that is looking for a land based role. We are working with a new build private estate in the Oxford, UK, for a ultra high net worth client. Looking for an experienced engineer, potentially with a yachting back ground, to manage a team of 3 other engineers for this incredible 100,000 square foot new build mansion. This property will boast all the latest innovative technology, high tech sound and lighting systems, swimming pool and Cinemas to name a few. On offer is the below package and desired requirements;

• 60k - 85k gbp salary depending on experience
• Located in the heart of the Cotswolds, working on the UKs largest new build property
• Managing a team of 3 engineers in the final stages of build ready for owners to move in, in September 2023
• Starting 10th January, offering plenty of time to get SOPs written and familiarise you and your team on the property

This role will suit people that have the right to live and work in the UK, live either close to Oxford or are happy to relocate for work. This is a full time role that will offer standard UK leave contract of 25 days a year. The right candidate will need to be happy to live and pay tax in the UK.
