I have rare (and exclusive) opportunity to join one of the most prestigious Yacht Management Companies in Miami as FLEET MANAGER.
Not only that but, there is a real possibility to look at non US Citizens who could begin their career in Monaco or London, before moving to the States after 6 months or so...
The likely career path you'll have taken to date would be Superyacht Captain for a few years followed by Yacht Management for a few more years (rising in seniority) and now looking for that next step up.
That said, if you are a Fleet Manager, or a Deputy Fleet Manager currently and feel that the lure of a prestige brand is of interest I'd still love to hear from you.
Can you offer some or all of the following;
Experience - not just the years, but the knowledge gained through 'doing the hard yards'?
Stability - a resume that shows professional and personal growth with longevity of employment?
Gravitas - your ability to communicate to the most challenging of audience with calmness, wisdom and confidence?
Flexibility - an ability to think on your feet, to proffer solutions, not just following THE process?
Breadth of experience; 'Strategic overview' including Yacht Management, HR, Finance, Commerciality, Sales?
