I have a rare (and exclusive) opportunity to join one of the most prestigious Yacht Management Companies in Miami as FLEET MANAGER.
Not only that but, there is a real possibility to look at non-US Citizens who could begin their career in Monaco or London, before moving to the States after 6 months or so...
The likely career path you'll have taken to date would be Superyacht Captain for a few years followed by Yacht Management for a few more years (rising in seniority) and now looking for that next step up.
That said, if you are a Fleet Manager, or a Deputy Fleet Manager currently and feel that the lure of a prestige brand is of interest I'd still love to hear from you.
