Job Title: Guest Experience Manager
Location: Stunning Country Estate, Wiltshire, England
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term (Potential for Extension)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (Pro-rata) + Additional Weekly Tips & opportunities for overtime
Are you passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences? We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Guest Experience Manager to join a luxurious country estate, working for a high-profile family and their exclusive guests.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in hospitality and guest management, ensuring guests enjoy a truly extraordinary stay. The estate will host guests for two-night stays, from May to September, featuring world-class service, breathtaking grounds, and dining prepared by Michelin-starred chefs.
As the Guest Experience Manager, you will:
- Welcome guests and ensure they feel at home.
- Prepare cocktails, coffees, and refreshments to the highest standard.
- Anticipate guest needs, resolving issues proactively before they arise.
- Oversee a dedicated team of 5 staff members, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a level of service similar to Chief Stew superyacht standards.
About You:
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, ideally in a similar high-profile or superyacht setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire your team.
- A polished and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Location:
Ideally, you’ll live near Wiltshire, but accommodation can be available for the right candidate.
Based on the future plans of the estate, this could become more of a regular contract
