About the Role
Wonderful opportunity for a couple OR singular people to work in a beautiful Estate in the stunning town of Jupiter, Florida. There are 2 properties, with one being under construction. This is a part-time position - 20 hours a week, 3-4 weeks a year you may work closer to 30 hours. You will mostly be on call and only be required to attend the property as and when needed, likely to work around 10 hours per week. Making it ideal for experienced professionals seeking a balanced lifestyle.
Key Details
- Main Property: 5,000 sq. ft., 3-acre lot, 8 bedrooms, pool
- Secondary Home: 3,500 sq. ft., 1-acre lot, 3 bedrooms, pool
- Informal but well-maintained household
- Additional housekeeping support provided
- Properties are used only a few weeks per year
Estate Manager Responsibilities
- Serve as a PA when principals are in residence
- Oversee laundry, grocery stocking, and household organisation
- General estate management duties
Maintenance/Handyman Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison for service providers (pool, lawn care, maintenance)
- Oversee internal and external care of the properties
- Perform ad-hoc maintenance as needed
- Ensure basic housekeeping and upkeep when the principals are away
Work Schedule
- Typically 20 hours per week
- Occasional weeks (3-4 per year) may require up to 30 hours
- Mostly on-call with flexible working hours
- Expected to work around 10 hours per week on average
Requirements
- Must have the right to live and work in the U.S.
- Must live within commuting distance of Jupiter, FL (Live-out role)
- Prior estate management, maintenance, or handyman experience preferred
- Ability to work flexibly based on the principal’s schedule
