Head Chef required for 70m private & charter yacht.
This is a fantastic yacht with a successful charter history.
This is a full time role however, rotation is currently being discussed with management. You must be happy to be full time until rotation is bought into play! (IF AND WHEN)... At present you have 120 days leave.
Candidates that have a charter background will be favoured.
Candidates with a Michelin background will also be favoured!
The yacht has done about 8 weeks of charter this summer, and around the same with owners so it is busy!
There is a Sous Chef on board, when he is on leave, you will be required to cook for the crew.
Good crew and vibe on board.
Salary DOE 7000-9000 EURO.
