We have a 65m+ Private/Charter dual-season motor yacht currently looking for a Head Chef to join them by the start of December.
- Lovely boat with great owners and captains. The owners really love Italian food so you must be trained and confident in this style, this said it is a charter vessel so you will have a well rounded knowledge of different cuisines as well.
- The yacht operates a dual-season private/charter program and has prehistorically done extremely well with charters. There are equal split of charter gratuities for the crew.
-The galley runs with 2 chefs. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the galley, all guest food as well as managing the Sous Chef to ensure a good quality of crew food, ideally you will work collaboratively on guest food.
- With the vessel being a busy charter, we are looking for an Head Chef who ideally already has a substantial amount of charter experience.
- Salary is €8,000 - €9,000.
- Leave will 120 days, which will be taken around boss trips and charters.
- You would be joining the vessel most likely in the Caribbean before the start of the winter season.
