Head Chef required for lovely 70m dual season private/charter yacht with various charters already booked for this summer.
-We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join this vessel by the end of June.
-You will be running the galley with a strong Sous Chef also onboard so existing experience as a Head Chef will be needed. Previous experience on a charter vessel will be advantageous.
-Candidates will be well versed in a variety of cuisine styles and fundamentals with a focus on light, clean and healthy food, whilst also being proficient at provisioning and galley logistics.
-Lovely opportunity to join a well-run yacht, stepping onboard in the South of France.
-Salary is 8k-9k +/- euros depending on experience.
-60 days leave, with flexibility to have more.
