Head Chef required for a lovely 90m + dual season private/charter motor yacht.
-We are looking for an organised and efficient Head Chef with previous experience on similar-sized vessels. You will be responsible for the running of the galley as well as managing the team, made up of 2 rotational Sous Chefs and a Crew Chef, all whilst liaising with the other rotational Head Chef. This said, you must have experience with managing other chefs.
- This vessel is a busy charter program so it is important that you have previous experience with charters, likewise, knowledge of the American market and clientele will be advantageous.
-The successful candidate will be diverse in cuisine styles, great with admin and have experience of managing a similar-sized galley team. You will also ideally have a restaurant background.
-Wonderful Captains, Sous Chef and rotational Head Chef onboard who are all highly experienced, with a tight-knit wider crew as well.
-You will ideally already have a B1B2 visa in hand and Schengen if applicable.
-Salary 9,000 dollars per month. They have historically done very well with tips in the past too.
-Start date is to be confirmed depending on availability and rotational swap out days but will ideally be within the next month or so.
