Fantastic opportunity for an ex-Chief Stew/Head of Interior to relocate to the UK and join an exciting new-build estate in the Cotswolds as their Head of Interiors!
We are looking for an experienced Chief Stew with an understanding of fine and luxury materials who wishes to move land-based. With an excellent work/life balance on offer, this role is perfect for someone who wishes to bring their skillset shore-side, whilst still working for UHNW clients within a luxury environment.
- Responsibilities will include wardrobe management of the female principal, packing for trips, care of jewellery, personal shopping and ad hoc tasks. Essentially you will be the go-to person for the female principal. You will also oversee and manage the care of antiques, chandeliers and high value items within the house so knowledge of luxury materials and good organisational skills are important.
- Lovely, creative principals who have a balanced life, mixing some exciting events and hosting as well as more peaceful periods.
- There is a wider team onsite, made up of various different departments - with other staff also coming from a yachting background.
- The work schedule will see a 5-day working week with flexibility required to work 2 weekends a month on a rota basis. This said, you will still receive two consecutive days off a week. Hours will be 40 hours per week. Providing a wonderful opportunity for work/life balance.
- Staff will be given the UK standard leave package of 28 days off a year as well as the 2 days given each week.
- Longevity will be rewarded, with an additional day of leave added for each year of employment. There is also a pension scheme and training is offered.
- Must hold a driving license and have own transport as the property is rural.
- Must have own accommodation as this will be a live-out position.
- Must have the rights to work in the United Kingdom.
