HOS required for this 85+m MY 

• We are looking for an experienced HOS or Chief Stew to join this lovely private MY as HOS 
• Unique set up on board with no Chief Stew, the interior is run by the HOS & the HOH. 
• You will oversee your service team and manage all work lists on a day to day basis 
• Boss on you will lead all service and deal directly with the galley ensuring the Boss's needs are met 
• Wine & good cocktail knowledge is required 
• The owner enjoys table scaping so creativity also required! 
• When it's just the family on board, service can be family style but when they are hosting, we need someone able to up the service levels 
• Start in the coming few weeks 
• 2:2 - flexible to the Boss and their movements 
• Salary 6500 USD
