Junior Gardener
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
Location: Ascot – Must live within commuting distance
We are seeking a passionate and eager Junior Gardener to join the gardening team on this stunning 36-acre estate in Ascot.
This property features an impressive polo field, coy pond, vibrant flower gardens, and beautiful hedges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the estate’s gardens using organic practices (no herbicides or pesticides)
- Carry out hand-weeding and general garden maintenance
- Work collaboratively with the Head Gardener and team to uphold the high standards of the estate
- Take direction from senior team members and be open to learning new gardening techniques
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive attitude with some gardening knowledge
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the team
- Passion for organic gardening methods
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- A team player who is eager to develop their skills alongside experienced gardeners
You’ll Be Joining:
