1. Proposals
The owner will regularly request proposals for various additions to the interior inventory for example, a certain genre or collection of books, tableware, linens, and other decorative items. This person would be required to do detailed research to source requested items that align with the aesthetic and personal taste of the yacht and owner.
Interior Purchasing & Accounts:
2. Purchasing
This person would be responsible for all online interior purchasing as instructed by the Chief Stew.
3. Accounts
Following from the above, the consultant will submit all receipts for online purchasing in a timely manner via Voly and in accordance with the requirements set by the Purser and management company. Occasionally you will be requested to assist Chief Stew with the end of month accounts, prior expensive with Voly would be beneficial.
Other Administrative Duties:
1. Assistance when required with the interior crew leave schedule; including overseeing crew leave requests and management of the interior leave planner.
2. Populating and updating the online inventory platform (prior experience with Sortly would be beneficial, although not a necessity)
3. Formatting and improving existing spreadsheets and internal documents. Creating and updating SOPs.
4. Recruitment and collection of crew documentation
5. Cross referencing orders and provisions
6. Monitoring and responding to Chief Stew emails during guest cruising (at the Chief Stews discretion)
7. At the Chief Stews request; other administrative tasks, including destination research, inventory management and orders.
