Head Chef and Experienced Stew / Chief Stew required to work land-based for a prestigious fleet.
- We are looking for a Head Chef and Stew / Chief Stew team to join this small fleet of yachts in an unusual position which will see them work mainly on land, with occasional time on board.
- The successful candidates will fly to the yacht’s destination and work in the villa catering for guests as they go to and from the yacht. You may be required to go on board too on occasion but the reality is, you will mainly be working shore-side. Great for those wishing to transition to a land-based role.

- We are looking for candidates who are flexible and happy to go with the flow, whilst also having a work-hard attitude! You can either be a couple or alternatively, close friends as you will be sharing accommodation and running the properties between the two of you so it is important that you work well as a team.
- Food is varied - sometimes buffet, sometimes plated – this is left to the chef’s discretion and would give someone a great opportunity to push their creativity.
- Stew will be experienced across all departments and be happy turning their hand to housekeeping and laundry as well as doing service for the guests during their stay.
- Salary is depending on experience +/- $8,000 - $10,000 for Head Chef, $4,500 - $6,500 +/- for Stew /Chief Stew.
- Start is flexible, it could be from mid-November onwards.
