55m Private motor yacht are looking for a deckhand with the progression to Lead Deckhand to join them in the New year 2021. The position will progress to lead deckhand after the 2021 season offering the opportunity to step up and lead a small team. Ideally you will have 2+ years’ experience along with strong tender driving experience. A sailing or watersports background would be advantageous. The yacht operates a relaxed but homely environment with fantastic owners and long standing senior team. They are looking for someone who is serious about their career looking for a boat where there is genuine opportunity for progression. The yacht will be cruising the Med and surrounding areas during the Summer and will gain good sea miles. On offer is a fantastic package along with great benefits which include a salary of 3500 Euros, two discretionary substantial bonuses a year, birthday present from the owner each year along with 60 days leave paid along with an additional 30 days unpaid leave if you wish.
