60m Private dual season motor yacht are looking for a Lead Deckhand to join them as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a well run, busy yacht with the opportunity to gain leadership experience and also covering 2nd officer overseeing deck operations during his leave. Ideally you will have 2+ year’s experience and hold a Yachtmaster, EDH and PWC. You should be working towards your OOW as well. They are looking for someone who has solid experience on deck, driving tenders and able to run watersports for the guests and owners children. Diving and Fishing experience/skills will be advantageous. The yacht runs a busy itinerary with Med & Caribbean cruising. On offer is a salary of 3500-3900 Euros DOE along with MLC standard leave, 1 return flight, medical cover and Annual training allowance.
