• 60m Private/charter yacht are looking for a lead deckhand to join them ASAP. • This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy yacht offering a varied itinerary, busy operations with an excellent team environment and solid crew • Ideally you will have 2-3 years experience, a strong watersports background, solid tender driving skills and a PWC instructor ticket would be advantageous • The yacht is currently heading to the Caribbean for a mixture of charter and owner use • You will work closely with the 2nd officer to oversee the deck team and the daily operations. • On offer is a salary of 3400 Euros, 56 days leave, an even split of charter tips and a training allowance.
