  • 50m Private Dual Season M/Y looking for a Lead Deckhand to join them in Dubai ASAP. 

 

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vessel that invests time in training and upskilling their crew, offering a great platform to launch your career. 

 

  • The vessel will be wintering in sunny Dubai, with occasional boss trips which tend to have a focus on fishing. They will then be heading back to the Mediterranean for summer where they have a steady cruising itinerary around the Central and Eastern Med. 

 

  • There is a great crew onboard who are all fit, active and enjoy doing activities together. They already have plenty of plans for the winter to head sky diving, desert trips etc in Dubai . 

 

  • You will be leading the deck with 2 Deckhand underneath you, where you'll be teaching and nurturing the junior crew with the assistance of the Bosun. 

 

  • You will need to have at least 1 years experience within the industry and be a natural leader with a self-starter attitude. 

 

  • You will need to have a Watch Rating to be considered for the role, a Yachtmaster would be great however not a requirement. 

 

  • Male only due to cabin arrangements. 

 

  • On offer is a salary of €3,500 and a total of 50 days worth of leave. Annual salary increases and training budgets open to crew offering longevity.
