  • Lead Deckhand required for a 90m+ Private Dual Season MY, with an ASAP start date. 

 

  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a prestigious vessel with a busy summer itinerary. 

 

  • They are looking for an experienced Lead Deckhand, ideally someone who has a goal of becoming a Bosun in the near future. 

 

  • They will be stepping up into relief Bosun at times and will be running a deck team of 5 crew. 

 

  • They have experienced HOD's onboard and have created a positive training culture, investing time in their crew. 

 

  • They are looking for someone who is driven and focussed on bettering themselves in their career, someone who is eager to learn and work hard. 

 

  • You will need to be a strong tender driver and be someone who can lead a team with confidence. 

 

  • To be considerate for the role you must have at least 2-3 years' experience, with some experience on a vessel larger than 50m.

 

  • A Yachtmaster is essential for the role, you'll ideally be on the way to completing some OOW modules. 

 

  • Male only due to cabin arrangements.

 

  • On offer is a salary of €3,500-3,750 EUR with a package of 90 days leave. Training allowances also included.
