Lead Deckhand - 90m Private/Charter - Dual Season

  • A 90m+ private/charter motor yacht are looking for a Lead Deckhand to join them by Mid-December.

 

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious dual season/world cruising vessel which has a name in the industry for being one of the best on the water.

 

  • The vessel will be heading over to the Caribbean soon and will have a boss trip over the Christmas period, where it will then be open for charters. The programme does lean more towards private usage, however, they have historically done very well in tips. They also hope to charter more for the up and coming summer season and beyond.

 

  • This position is open to males only due to cabin arrangements.

 

  • As a minimum you must have at least 1 year of experience within the industry. 

 

  • To be successful for this role you must have strong maintenance skills, more specifically varnishing, and be able to pass on knowledge to the deck crew. 

 

  • A B1/B2 visa is also required to be considered for this role. 

 

  • On offer is a salary of up to €3,200-3,500 DOE along with a rotation of 12 weeks on, 6 off. The yacht also offers an industry-leading training program.
