Lead Service Stew to join this prestigious new build yacht, launching mid 2023

• We are looking for an experienced Lead/Head Service Stew to join this high profile build
• Candidates will have 4+ years in yachting and want to commit to their next yacht long term
  • You will run a large service team of around 7 service stews
• Service will be formal on board, white glove & synchronised so you must be confident in leading this level of service as well as training the more juniors
• The yacht will cruise the Med and then beyond that is unknow at present 
• We are looking for someone hard working, motivated to train/educate and above all someone with a kind personality that is respectful! The yacht wants to build a cohesive team and as such all HOD will lead from the front, be hands on and not afraid to get their hands dirty!
• Start early/mid Feb - flexible for the right candidate
• Salary 5000 EURO 
• 2:1 rotation 
• Bonuses & training packages still being decided
