The Roles

Middle East Account Manager
- Shadow the company director and focus on building relationships in the Middle Eastern market - candidate must reside in Manchester and able to commute to their offices

International Account Manager
- Travel extensively across the Middle East, America, mainland Europe, London, and the New Forrest.
Candidate Requirements
- Location: Candidates must be based near Manchester (flexibility offered for the international role after training).
- Luxury Market Knowledge: Familiarity with high-end products, brands, travel, food, wine, and design is highly desirable but not compulsory
- Detail-Oriented: A sharp focus on client service, problem-solving, and precision.
- Adaptable and Team-Oriented: Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment.
- Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel frequently.
- Relationship Skills: Patience and excellent interpersonal skills to manage long sales cycles and maintain warm, professional client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with a luxury client base, including owners, representatives, family offices, designers, and crew.
- Understand and deliver on complex project briefs, providing bespoke luxury solutions.
- Represent the company with professionalism and discretion, fostering trust and loyalty.
