• The role would suit senior yacht crew that have moved or are looking to move ashore. Those with contracts, financial, compliance, safety and security knowledge will be preferred.
• The ideal candidate would be from a commercial or large yacht background, with hands on experience in all areas concerning Maritime compliance. Including ISM, Labour, Class, and Flag, etc.
• Excellent organisational skills, as well as an eye for detail are essential for this role.
• They are looking for someone who Tech minded and able to help them stay at the forefront of innovation.
• You will be head of the department and working closely with the on board crews of their 15+ yacht fleet.
• The position is base in Florida, USA, so it is essential you hold the right to live and work there (US citizen or Green Card)
